What you'll be working on

Maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for when new roles become available
Setting up interviews between qualified candidates and hiring managers
Providing candidate profiles and feedback to hiring teams
Negotiating offer letters for placed candidates
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Proven track record of filling roles on time
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Ability to handle target-based compensation structure
Proficiency in an Applicant Tracking System and CRM tools
