Job Overview

As the Account Manager for Belgium and Luxembourg, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, leveraging your regional network, and contributing to Neat’s hyper-growth. You will act as a brand ambassador, provide market insights, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal market positioning and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new customers within the Belgium and Luxembourg territory.
  • Leverage regional networks to uncover new business opportunities and attend industry events.
  • Design and implement strategic go-to-market plans for territory growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to product teams.
  • Mentor and coach colleagues, contributing to the team’s sales process and readiness for scale.
