Job Overview

As the Account Manager for Belgium and Luxembourg, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, leveraging your regional network, and contributing to Neat’s hyper-growth. You will act as a brand ambassador, provide market insights, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal market positioning and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new customers within the Belgium and Luxembourg territory.
Leverage regional networks to uncover new business opportunities and attend industry events.
Design and implement strategic go-to-market plans for territory growth.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to product teams.
Mentor and coach colleagues, contributing to the team’s sales process and readiness for scale.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in effective sales practices and business development.
Regional expertise and established customer networks in Belgium and Luxembourg.
Track record in scaling fast-growth technology businesses.
