Key Responsibilities

• Review and label clinical cases, documentation, and AI-generated outputs for accuracy and contextual relevance.
• Validate and refine AI-generated content related to emergency triage, acute care workflows, and differential diagnosis.
• Develop and assess realistic case-based scenarios reflecting urgent and emergency medicine encounters.
• Collaborate with data scientists and clinicians to improve annotation guidelines and enhance model reliability.
• Provide expert feedback on adherence to clinical best practices, safety standards, and diagnostic logic.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted U.S. license as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician (MD/DO), Clinical Psychologist (with prescriptive authority), or Psychiatrist.
• Minimum 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience in Emergency Room, Urgent Care, or Acute Care settings.
• Proficiency in interpreting, documenting, and evaluating acute clinical scenarios and decision-making.
• Familiarity with EMR workflows and documentation standards (Epic, Cerner, Meditech).
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
