Job Overview

This is a remote position focused on acquiring and expanding business across the Asia Pacific region. You will leverage your consultative sales skills and industry knowledge to prospect, qualify, and close new cloud and SaaS customers, working closely with internal teams and partners to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve individual and team targets.
Identify and engage with key stakeholders in potential accounts, understanding their business needs.
Generate and qualify new business opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline.
Drive the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to conducting demos and closing deals.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product and marketing, to ensure successful customer solutions.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of consultative solution-based Cloud/SaaS sales experience; database sales experience is a plus.
Proven track record of sales success in the software industry, with a hunter mentality for new and expansion business.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills for engaging senior-level clients.
Familiarity with sales tools such as Sales Navigator, Salesforce (SFDC), Outreach, and Clari is advantageous.
Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
