We are seeking a talented Motion Designer to collaborate on a fixed-fee engagement for a high-profile conference. This role involves developing compelling motion graphics aligned with the Carrier brand to enhance event experiences through visually engaging crowd warmers and digital stage backgrounds. The ideal candidate will take ownership of concept creation, asset design, animation, and video production, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of final assets for event screens.

Key Responsibilities

Develop motion concepts and storyboards in line with Carrier branding and event tone.
Design speaker name cards, backgrounds, and branded visual elements using Carrier’s visual identity.
Create smooth, looping animations for crowd warmers and stage backgrounds with subtle movement.
Export and optimize video assets in correct formats and resolutions for seamless looping on event screens.
Incorporate stakeholder feedback and deliver final, ready-to-use files for the conference.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Expertise in motion graphics and animation software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Strong skills in concept development and storyboarding for branded events.
Experience with asset creation and digital graphic design (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
Ability to design for looping video formats and optimize for large event screens.
Knowledge of branding principles and visual identity integration.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and refining deliverables.
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality production standards.
Ability to work independently and manage fixed-fee project deliverables.
Experience creating animated name cards and speaker graphics.
Proven track record of delivering engaging conference or event visual assets.
