Job Overview

As the Director, you will oversee the strategic direction, creative development, and execution of experiential gifting solutions. This position requires a blend of client partnership, creative leadership, and business management to deliver exceptional brand experiences and sustainable client growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategic development and execution of high-impact gifting programs for a diverse client base.
Build and nurture senior-level client relationships, guiding them through the full gifting strategy lifecycle.
Develop holistic proposals aligning with brand standards, marketing goals, and business outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendor partners to deliver bold, bespoke gifting experiences.
Oversee Gifting Solutions P&L, driving departmental growth, scalability, and profitability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8–10+ years in client services, creative strategy, or experiential marketing (preferably luxury, gifting, or promotional products).
Proven track record managing high-profile accounts, complex projects, and large budgets.
Strong creative sensibility with experience in design and merchandising.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with agility and decisiveness.
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
Demonstrated experience in driving growth and expanding client/project portfolios.
