Join Bluewater Travel as a Website Growth Specialist and play a key role in expanding our global scuba travel business. This remote, full-time position is ideal for passionate divers with digital expertise who thrive on optimizing user experience, boosting website performance, and crafting compelling content. Work with a dedicated team to help diving enthusiasts discover and book their dream trips through a trusted and high-converting platform.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of website updates, performance, and functionality to drive growth.
Implement user experience (UX) and design enhancements in collaboration with the team.
Create, update, and coordinate high-quality, engaging dive-related content.
Identify and execute opportunities to improve site visibility, SEO, and user engagement.
Maintain quality control, troubleshoot site issues, and support content contributors.
Execute SEO and backlink strategies to increase traffic and bookings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Scuba diving experience (required).
Strong understanding of UX principles and website optimization.
Proficiency with SEO fundamentals, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS and ability to communicate with developers.
Excellent written communication and ability to craft conversion-focused copy.
Comfortable working independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
Bonus: Experience in dive travel, adventure travel, or end-to-end website management.
Bonus: Passion for testing, analyzing, and improving website performance.
