JumpCloud is seeking a proactive and collaborative Field Marketing Manager to join our remote team in India. As a leader in unified open directory platforms, JumpCloud empowers IT teams and MSPs to securely manage identities, devices, and access from anywhere. In this role, you will drive the strategy and execution of field and partner marketing events, working closely with sales and partner teams to generate new pipeline and enhance brand presence across the region.

Job Overview

The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for regional event strategy, execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams and key partners. You will manage the end-to-end process of field and partner events, ensuring impactful lead generation and optimal use of resources. This role is fully remote within India and requires excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute quarterly field marketing plans in partnership with regional sales and partner teams.
  • Set and track program- and event-specific lead and pipeline targets.
  • Manage event logistics, including vendor negotiation, budget allocation, and on-site execution.
  • Orchestrate partner-led events and collaborate with strategic partners such as Google and AWS.
  • Ensure smooth post-event lead handoff and follow-through to maximize ROI.
  • Provide innovative ideas to enhance the impact of joint events and maximize budget efficiency.
  • Deliver content and resources for multichannel partner campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of field or partner marketing experience in high-volume B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and partner revenue growth.
  • Strong event management skills, including budgeting, vendor management, and post-event analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience working across multicultural teams.
  • Proficient in marketing and sales automation tools (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Willingness to travel for events and meetings as required.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Authorized to work remotely in India.
