Job Overview

The Field Service Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and overhauling equipment. You will support both internal field services and external customers, ensuring equipment runs efficiently and reliably. This position requires accurate documentation and strong technical skills in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for equipment maintenance and service.
• Install, diagnose, and overhaul engines and compressors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures efficiently.
• Submit accurate maintenance, expense, and timesheet reports daily.
• Coordinate installation and start-up testing of new units.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-5+ years of relevant experience or training.
• Vocational/technical training or apprenticeship preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Self-motivated and capable of independent work.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
