Job Overview

Remote, contract-based position focused on managing Reddit communities in India.
Collaborate with Reddit's global team to implement community strategies.
Support the growth and engagement of local Indian communities on Reddit.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with users to foster positive, inclusive communities.
Moderate discussions and enforce Reddit's guidelines and policies.
Identify and escalate community issues to relevant internal teams.
Support community events and initiatives tailored to Indian users.
Provide feedback and insights on community trends and user behavior.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in online community management or moderation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Reddit or similar online platforms.
Understanding of Indian online culture and digital communities.
Ability to work independently and adapt to remote work environments.
Proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
