Join Codeway as a Jr. Marketing Art Operations Specialist for DramaPops, our flagship mobile app. Work remotely with a dynamic, passionate team at the forefront of the mobile industry, supporting the creation and optimization of high-impact marketing creatives. This role blends creative production, data-driven iteration, and cross-platform adaptation in a supportive and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Edit, localize, and iterate DramaPops marketing creatives, including motion graphics and static visuals, following briefs from the Performance Marketing Team.
Transform marketing initiatives into high-quality, consumer-facing visuals that capture attention and drive engagement.
Analyze creative performance data, identify winning creatives, and propose improvements for further optimization.
Adapt and optimize existing assets for various formats, platforms, and specifications (resizing, re-layouts, localization).
Stay updated on mobile app creative ad trends and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Figma, and Illustrator.
Passion for marketing, drama, and data-driven creativity.
Technical background or experience in content creation, marketing art, motion design, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills and ability to independently solve problems and learn new concepts quickly.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Open to feedback, eager to self-improve, and ready to take ownership of projects.
Degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
