Hitachi Solutions is seeking a Marketing Intern/Trainee to join their team. The position offers flexibility in choosing the work location among various cities in Germany or remote. The role involves content creation and management, website maintenance, lead management, event organization, analysis, and strategy development.

Key Responsibilities

Support in creating and maintaining website content, newsletters, social media posts, brochures, case studies, and presentations
Assist in editorial concepts, planning, and campaign ideas
Update and optimize content in the Content Management System (CMS)
Maintain and qualify leads in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
Help in lead generation campaigns
Organize, conduct, and follow up on events and webinars
Support in analyzing marketing performance and market competition
Contribute to new marketing formats and small projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

Study in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
Prior experience in B2B marketing is advantageous
Familiarity with tools like WordPress, CRM systems, Canva, SEO tools, or Google Analytics
Structured, independent work style with organizational skills
Creativity, ability to create engaging content, eye for design and language
Excellent German and good English language skills
