Job Overview

Drive outbound sales efforts targeting the Nordics market.
Represent Remote's comprehensive HR solutions to potential and current clients.
Act as a product expert, guiding clients in optimizing their use of the platform.
Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Work from anywhere with flexible hours and robust support benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities using sales tools.
Respond to inbound queries and educate prospects on Remote’s platform benefits.
Negotiate skillfully and persuasively to promote Remote’s value proposition.
Maintain an energetic, positive, and professional communication style.
Contribute new ideas and strategies to optimize the sales process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS tech environment.
Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Lusha.
Fluency in English and native-level Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote, asynchronous setting.
