Job Overview

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-driven solutions for contact center operations.
Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models to analyze and improve customer interactions.
Contribute to the enhancement of real-time agent assistance and compliance monitoring features.
Support the integration of VoiceAI Agents into enterprise workflows.
Continuously evaluate system performance to boost customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize conversation intelligence models for real-time analytics.
Implement and monitor automation tools for agent coaching and quality assurance.
Ensure compliance standards are met through robust monitoring solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and deliver effective AI solutions.
Drive innovation to improve customer experiences and reduce operational costs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques.
Experience with speech recognition or conversation intelligence platforms.
Background in contact center or call center quality assurance.
Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, Java).
Familiarity with cloud computing and automation tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Understanding of compliance requirements in regulated industries.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Previous experience in remote or distributed teams is a plus.
