As the Director of Partner Operations & Enablement, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for B2B partners to ensure scalability, repeatability, and high quality. You will take the lead in post-sales partner operations, including intake, prioritization, routing, and resolution. Establishing workflows, SLAs, and governance mechanisms to enhance speed and quality will be a key aspect of your role. Your responsibilities will also involve identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements to enhance partner satisfaction. Collaboration with Sales, Account Management, Support, and Product teams for seamless handoffs is crucial. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in building and leading Partner Enablement through hiring, coaching, and implementing programs to drive success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own onboarding process for B2B partners
  • Lead post-sales partner operations
  • Establish workflows, SLAs, and governance mechanisms
  • Identify and implement improvements for partner satisfaction
  • Build and lead Partner Enablement programs
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 8+ years in partner operations, enablement, customer success, or post-sales
  • Proven people management and leadership experience
  • Experience designing and delivering training and enablement programs
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar)
  • Strong background in process design, workflow optimization, and operational execution
