As the Director of Partner Operations & Enablement, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for B2B partners to ensure scalability, repeatability, and high quality. You will take the lead in post-sales partner operations, including intake, prioritization, routing, and resolution. Establishing workflows, SLAs, and governance mechanisms to enhance speed and quality will be a key aspect of your role. Your responsibilities will also involve identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements to enhance partner satisfaction. Collaboration with Sales, Account Management, Support, and Product teams for seamless handoffs is crucial.
