This remote or hybrid position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to our ISV program strategy, collaborate across teams, and deliver impactful solutions that enhance both partner and customer experiences within a flexible, inclusive work environment.

Job Overview

Lead technical engagement with partners in the ISV and marketplace ecosystem.
Support the growth of partner participation and integrations.
Contribute to marketplace ideation and business modeling.
Act as the primary technical contact for escalated issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Drive ISV program strategy and execution to expand partner network and integration opportunities.
Participate in marketplace ideation, governance, and business value enhancement.
Communicate best practices and technical updates to partners at scale.
Serve as the main technical point of contact for partners, handling escalated issues efficiently.
Coordinate with engineering, product, and support teams for timely issue resolution.
Track, report, and manage partner integration projects and support cases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Expertise in diagnosing and resolving technical problems rapidly.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
Proven experience collaborating across engineering, support, and product teams.
Knowledge of ISV and marketplace ecosystems and industry trends.
Experience working with technology customers, SIs, and resellers.
Background in cloud technologies.
Excellent communication and partner enablement skills.
Ability to track, report, and manage integration projects effectively.
