Kiddom is seeking a dynamic Professional Learning Partner to join our team, facilitating high-impact professional learning experiences for educators nationwide. This role focuses on empowering teachers and administrators to effectively implement Kiddom’s high-quality instructional materials (HQIM) using our advanced digital platform. The ideal candidate excels in relationship-building, instructional coaching, and delivering engaging, technology-enhanced learning sessions, ensuring educators are supported in driving student success.

Job Overview

As a Professional Learning Partner, you will collaborate with school districts and internal teams to deliver tailored professional development, support technology integration, and champion best practices in blended and personalized learning. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving teaching outcomes and streamlining curriculum implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual professional learning sessions for educators, administrators, and district leaders.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, and district stakeholders to ensure cohesive training experiences.
  • Provide ongoing support and feedback to enhance Kiddom’s professional learning offerings and educator engagement.
  • Promote effective use of Kiddom’s platform, focusing on curriculum management, assessments, and classroom tools.
  • Travel as needed (approximately 70%) to deliver in-person training and district support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in education, instructional coaching, or professional learning facilitation.
  • Expertise in HQIM and adult learning best practices.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with educators and district leaders.
  • Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills for diverse educator audiences.
  • Comfort with technology integration in K-12 instruction and familiarity with digital platforms.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, able to handle multiple engagements regionally.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for in-person support and training.
