Job Overview

The Community Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow and engage Articulate's user community. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create an inclusive, vibrant environment for professionals in workplace learning.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement community growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
Foster meaningful engagement and connection among platform users.
Monitor community health and analyze engagement metrics.
Serve as a liaison between users and internal teams to enhance the community experience.
Coordinate virtual events, discussions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience managing online communities or forums.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
Familiarity with digital platforms and remote collaboration tools.
Experience in workplace learning or related fields preferred.
