Kit is seeking a motivated Creator Representative (Contractor) to join our remote team. As part of our mission to empower creators, you will help build and support valuable creator businesses using our email-first operating system. This fully remote position is open to candidates worldwide, offering flexibility and impactful work in a dynamic environment.

Job Overview

Contractor position with 100% remote work.
Support and represent creators using Kit’s platform.
Help creators grow and optimize their businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for creators on the Kit platform.
Assist creators in building and managing their businesses via email-based solutions.
Provide guidance and support to help creators maximize the value of their operations.
Communicate feedback from creators to the Kit team for continuous improvement.
Foster strong relationships and ensure a positive experience for all users.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in customer support, account management, or creator relations.
Familiarity with email-based tools and workflows.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
