Job Overview
  • Provide professional HR support and consultation to client businesses remotely.
  • Utilize advanced technologies and AI tools to streamline HR processes and drive efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver tailored HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HR administration, payroll, and operational tasks for multiple clients.
  • Conduct recruiting, active sourcing, and candidate selection processes.
  • Support HR interim management and temporary employment projects.
  • Deliver HR consulting, learning, and development initiatives.
  • Implement and optimize HR digital services using innovative technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in HR administration, operations, or consulting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting and active sourcing techniques.
  • Familiarity with HR digital tools and AI-driven process optimization.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are advantageous.
