Job Overview

Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership and staff on HR matters.
Support organizational growth and culture in a remote setting.
Foster employee engagement and development across teams.
Promote best practices in talent management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with company objectives.
Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
Guide performance management and employee relations processes.
Implement programs to support diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
Proven expertise in remote HR practices.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws and regulations.
Experience with HRIS and digital collaboration tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
