Job Overview

• Design and develop scalable, secure backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
• Optimize and maintain high-availability relational databases.
• Collaborate with top-tier clients and industry leaders in AI.
• Utilize AWS services for deployment and maintenance of applications.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, including CRM integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend systems.
• Optimize relational databases (RDS, MySQL, PostgreSQL) for scalability and performance.
• Work with AWS cloud services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS) for application deployment and management.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs, integrating with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho.
• Build internal tools and automation scripts using Python and JavaScript.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural planning.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, API security, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and modern SDLC practices.
• Good working knowledge of Python and JavaScript is a plus.
• Interest or experience in prompt engineering for generative AI systems is advantageous.
• Commitment to high code quality, including test automation and peer reviews.
