Job Overview

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of advanced machine learning models to address key business challenges.
• Develop and deploy solutions leveraging deep learning, Generative AI, and Graph Neural Networks.
• Deliver actionable insights that enhance marketplace efficiency and healthcare outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the full process of machine learning projects, from problem definition to impact measurement.
• Build and improve predictive models for market segmentation, forecasting, recommendations, pricing, and fraud detection.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions, including LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and synthetic data generation.
• Apply Graph Neural Networks for relationship modeling among facilities, professionals, and shifts.
• Collaborate with software engineers and MLOps teams to deploy robust, production-level code.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of data science experience, ideally in two-sided marketplaces or supply chain management.
• Expertise in advanced ML models, including regression, neural networks, and recommender systems.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and libraries such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and XGBoost.
• Experience with Generative AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI API).
• Hands-on experience with network graph analysis and GNN tools like networkx, iGraph, or PyG.
• Ability to write production-level code and partner effectively with engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills for cross-team coordination.
