Job Overview

Lead and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling content.
Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage 1Password's social media campaigns.
Create engaging content tailored for multiple platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Monitor trends and conversations to inform strategy and respond to community feedback.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to amplify campaigns.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of social initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience managing social media for a technology or SaaS brand.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with social media analytics tools.
Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team environment.
Knowledge of password management, cybersecurity, or SaaS is a plus.
