Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve end-to-end automated testing frameworks with Playwright.
• Lead the integration of AI-enabled testing methodologies into the SDLC.
• Design, build, and maintain custom MCP servers enhancing Playwright's adaptability.
• Develop test strategies for AI agents and AI-integrated product features.
• Mentor SDETs and QA engineers on advanced automation and test strategy best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software testing or software engineering, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Expertise in Playwright, TypeScript/JavaScript, and integrating AI systems.
• Hands-on experience testing AI-driven solutions and LLM-based systems.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with cloud environments.
• Strong mentorship, communication, and collaboration skills.
