Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business growth and identify potential customers in the region
Act as an ambassador for Neat at events and within your professional network
Develop and implement strategic go-to-market plans for your territory
Provide market insights to product and development teams for continuous improvement
Mentor and support colleagues, contributing to process development during hyper-growth

Required Skills & Qualifications

Native German speaker
Proven experience in effective sales practices and regional business development
Background in scaling fast-growth technology companies
Ability to design and iterate strategic sales processes
Knowledge of video conferencing solutions is a plus
