Mozilla is seeking an experienced VP, Community to lead global community engagement and strategy. This remote, full-time position offers the opportunity to champion open Internet values and foster collaborative participation across Canada, Germany, the UK, and the United States.

Job Overview

Oversee and develop Mozilla's community initiatives.
Foster inclusive participation and engagement among global contributors.
Promote Mozilla's mission as a non-profit Internet champion.
Collaborate with diverse teams across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement community growth strategies.
Lead and mentor community managers and volunteers.
Build partnerships with open-source and advocacy groups.
Represent Mozilla at industry events and forums.
Monitor and report on community health and impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership in community management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with remote and distributed teams.
Passion for open-source and Internet advocacy.
Strategic planning and organizational skills.
