This remote Workday Integrations Product Manager role is ideal for an experienced HR technology professional seeking to design, implement, and maintain advanced Workday integrations. As a lead technical resource, you will oversee integration projects, collaborate across teams, and ensure optimal performance of HR systems to drive business value. The position demands a strong customer focus, leadership in delivering complex solutions, and continuous improvement of HR tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, lead, and deliver Workday HR technology solutions with high value and scalability.
Manage custom Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and related tools.
Oversee global HR systems projects, ensuring ease of use and continuous improvement.
Serve as subject matter expert and internal consultant for HR tools and integrations.
Collaborate with IT, business partners, vendors, and HR functions to drive effective solutions.
Define and manage tool release strategies and integration roadmaps.
Provide leadership in training, testing, governance, and support for HR system tools.
Monitor system integrations, conduct integration testing, and resolve tool-related issues.
Champion best practices for collaboration, customer focus, and innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent relevant experience); field related to HR technology preferred.
8-11 years of relevant experience in HR systems, Workday integrations, or similar roles.
Advanced knowledge of Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and integration architecture.
Workday Integrations Pro Certification and PMP® preferred.
Proven experience leading and delivering complex technical projects in a remote setting.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong commitment to customer satisfaction, innovation, and ongoing professional growth.
