The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of job-related experience, including both management and clinical research experience. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a life sciences or health-related field, while a master's degree is preferred.

The candidate should possess strong employee supervisory and department management skills, advanced financial acumen, and a detailed training in all aspects of clinical trial research with advanced knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines and FDA regulations.
