We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented virtual assistant to support the needs of online students in the areas of social media, marketing, emailing, and outreach.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and creating content for social media platforms, creating marketing campaigns, sending and responding to emails, and reaching out to potential partners and collaborators.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and create content for social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
Build our website, on shopify, wix, or godaddy
Create marketing campaigns to promote our product/services
Send and respond to emails related to marketing and outreach efforts
Reach out to potential partners and collaborators to establish relationships and opportunities for online students
Monitor and track the performance of marketing and outreach efforts
Assist with other basic administrative and academic-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is a plus, but not required
Experience working with students in an administrative or academic setting is a plus, but not required
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to work in a virtual environment
