Existing campaign was doing well getting leads but costing to much, we hired someone to fix that but now its not bringing leads and staying within budget. The monthly ad spend is $2400 and needs to stay within that ad spend. But we had over 50 estimate lead forms coming before last rep made changes now we are getting 5-7 leads a week. We wanna focus on lead forms rather than calls as most clients do not purchase same day or on the spot and need to price around before moving forward. Our proposals are top notch and usually close the customer but we need someone to fix this issue. Candidate must have a strong background in google ads and be able to produce the results we need. Once we establish this works we will offer a monthly position to manage the ads
