Trail of Bits, a premier security company, is looking for a security-focused software developer to join its Ecosystem Security Team on a full-time basis. This role involves working with open-source communities and projects while integrating novel features into production systems. The selected candidate will work remotely with a team of 2-4 people in 4-8 week development cycles, primarily utilizing Python for software maintenance and development, with occasional opportunities to work in Rust, C++, Go, and Ruby. The chosen candidate will be expected to root-cause analysis and debugging for low-level technical issues, describe and explain technical concepts to clients, co-workers and the community, and interpret customer requirements.
