Job Overview

Remote B2B sales role focused on SaaS solutions for the supply chain industry
Engage with prospects through cold calls, emails, and texts
Collaborate within a mission-driven, diverse team to achieve goals
Contribute to a transparent, experimental, and supportive company culture

Key Responsibilities

Make daily outbound calls and communications to connect with prospects
Convert leads into Bobtail clients and nurture relationships throughout the sales cycle
Maintain and track a pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce)
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and company-wide objectives
Present and communicate the value of Bobtail’s products and services
Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of B2B cold calling and outbound sales experience
Fluent English speaking and writing skills
SaaS sales experience preferred
CRM proficiency (Salesforce is a plus)
Start-up or US trucking industry knowledge is a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred; sales or business certifications welcomed
Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, initiative, and accountability
Modern laptop with camera (max 3 years old) and 50 Mbps internet required
