Job Overview

As the Manager of Payables & Commissions, you will lead end-to-end accounts payable processes, manage vendor relationships, oversee expense platforms, and ensure accuracy in affiliate commissions. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close related to accounts payable, commissions, and accruals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead accounts payable cycle including vendor management, PO matching, invoicing, and payments
  • Oversee Ramp expense platform for card reconciliation, reimbursements, and approvals
  • Manage affiliate commissions and endorsement payments for accuracy
  • Support financial close processes
  • Mentor AP staff and drive process improvements and automation
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in management
  • Deep expertise in accounts payable, procure-to-pay, card programs, and expense management
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and SOX compliance
  • Hands-on experience with Ramp, Bill.com, Expensify, or similar platforms
  • Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite or Sage Intacct, NetSuite preferred
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets skills
