Additive Manufacturing Engineer I

Develop additive manufacturing processes to reduce cost, improve quality, and lead time. Produce additively manufactured components for high-performance propulsion hardware. Optimize the full manufacturing process, including DFAM, build files, work instructions, and quality verification. Develop and productionize process parameters for various alloys and machines. Execute material failure investigations and implement corrective actions. Develop tools to automate processes and standardize performance benchmarks. CAD Design for additive manufacturing GD&T. Exposure to laser powder bed fusion printer subsystems and post processes. 0-1+ years in aerospace medical devices or ISO environments. Equity and competitive salary.
