Job Overview

As an SME, you will help design and implement efficient data labeling structures, develop quality assurance frameworks, and provide expert guidance to both internal teams and contributors. You will play a vital role in shaping workflows and driving human feedback essential to advancing AI performance for top-tier clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design project structures and labeling workflows tailored to domain-specific objectives.
Develop clear contributor guidelines and robust quality assurance frameworks.
Define ideal contributor profiles and establish task acceptance criteria.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure subject matter accuracy and relevance.
Lead the implementation of customer projects and manage expert AI contributor networks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven expertise in Math, Programming, Internationalization (i18n), or related domains.
Experience designing or reviewing data workflows, educational content, or technical documentation.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Prior involvement in data labeling, ML/AI, or evaluation projects.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote, and collaborative environment.
