AI Language Engineer

Design, build, refine LLM workflows with context engineering and prompts. Develop language components: intent detection, NER, summarization, RAG, response quality. Create ASR and TTS workflows; connect audio to LLM reasoning. Fine-tune and evaluate models with robust metrics. Analyze outputs to identify gaps and improvements. Define linguistic evaluation criteria for tone and clarity. Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Computational Linguistics, AI, ML, Linguistics or related field. Experience applying NLP concepts (classification, entity extraction, semantic analysis, summarization, prompting, RAG). Strong Python skills; familiarity with NLP/AI frameworks (Hugging Face Transformers, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with data preprocessing and language dataset design. Excellent analytical skills; ability to diagnose model behavior and trade-offs. Strong collaboration and communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
