AI Productivity Analyst

Partner with functional leads to map high-value bottlenecks. Research, shortlist, and demo external GenAI/ML tools to automate workflows. Design and run PoCs, A/B tests, pilots to quantify productivity impact. Develop ROI models and present recommendations to senior leadership. Support implementation of chosen solutions (prompt engineering, training). Track KPIs/OKRs post deployment; iterate to hit 20% productivity. Bachelor’s in CS or technical field; interest in Business Analytics/AI. 1-2 years of relevant experience. Hands-on fluency with GenAI tools: Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Grok. Strong understanding of AI/ML tech and business applications. Analytical mindset: design experiments, interpret metrics, separate signals. Clear communicator for non-technical stakeholders.
