This remote, full-time role focuses on providing top-tier technical support to enterprise clients, ensuring seamless use of our advanced data annotation platform. You'll engage with customers globally, leveraging your technical expertise and communication skills to resolve issues, enable product features, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver professional technical assistance to customers via screen-sharing, chat, and email.
  • Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments with clients.
  • Research, diagnose, and resolve software issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams as necessary.
  • Document technical knowledge through notes and manuals.
  • Continuously develop expertise in SuperAnnotate's products.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1+ years experience in software support or a related field.
  • Basic to mid-level scripting and coding skills in Python.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal English proficiency.
  • Willingness to work 9 PM - 6 AM (GMT+4) and adapt to various shifts if needed.
  • Ability to learn continuously through training and e-learning.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
  • Customer-focused mindset and results-driven attitude.
