Account manager Lead Generation Leadership Onboarding

The Account Manager - APAC at Xapo Bank plays a pivotal role within the Customer Success Team, managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients across the APAC region. You will be responsible for building long-term relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and supporting clients through all stages of their journey with Xapo. This remote position demands proactive relationship management, a keen understanding of both traditional and crypto financial products, and a strong drive to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

Originate, onboard, and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients in APAC.
Identify client needs and deliver tailored financial solutions based on risk profiles.
Serve as an escalation point for regional Customer Success Advisors, ensuring superior client service.
Promote the Xapo brand and generate leads at industry events and through direct engagement.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide clients with timely updates and advice.
Demonstrate deep expertise in Xapo products and perform compliance-aligned tasks.
Achieve defined KPIs, including client retention, acquisition, and AUM growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to strategize on customer base expansion and cross-selling opportunities.
Stay informed on developments in both the crypto and traditional finance sectors.
Escalate region-specific issues to relevant product and partner teams as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
5+ years of customer-facing experience in private banking, wealth management, investment banking, or commercial banking.
Proven exposure to and understanding of the crypto markets.
Demonstrated success in originating leads and managing client relationships in financial services.
Strong track record in meeting KPIs related to conversion and AUM growth.
Confident in conducting both face-to-face and virtual meetings with clients and prospects.
Comprehensive understanding of fiat payment rails and stablecoins.
Extensive regional network within the financial services industry.
Ability to maintain a dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work.
Alignment with Xapo's values-driven leadership principles.
