The Call Center Doctors is seeking a dynamic Appointment Setter Supervisor to lead a team of appointment setters for solar and roofing clients. Job Overview

As an Appointment Setter Supervisor, you will oversee the appointment setting process, ensuring high productivity and quality standards. Your role includes team collaboration, relationship building with potential clients, and promoting value-driven solutions in the solar and roofing industries.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of appointment setters to achieve performance goals.
Book high-quality appointments for solar and roofing clients.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences and maximize conversions.
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients.
Demonstrate and communicate the value of solar and roofing solutions effectively.
Utilize CRM and sales software for efficient workflow management.
Support the ongoing training and development of appointment setters.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in appointment setting or call center supervision.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, charismatic, and results-driven personality.
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software platforms.
Reliable home office setup with stable internet connection.
Strong team player with a self-motivated attitude.
Availability from 12 PM to 8 PM EST, with flexibility for occasional overtime.
