As a Product Manager, you will be pivotal in driving our product strategy, collaborating with global teams across Europe and Asia, and delivering innovative solutions for business customers. This remote role offers the opportunity to shape the future of productivity and collaboration software for organizations worldwide.

Job Overview

Drive B2B product strategy and execution for SaaS offerings.
Collaborate with distributed product, engineering, and design teams.
Engage directly with business customers to understand their workflows and requirements.
Influence user experience from initial adoption to full organizational integration.
Support go-to-market strategies and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct customer interviews to identify business needs and pain points.
Translate insights into clear product specifications and feature requirements.
Work with engineering and design to build foundational B2B features (e.g., SSO/SAML, admin controls, permissions, API integrations).
Analyze product usage data to uncover growth opportunities using PLG principles.
Perform competitive analysis and market research to ensure product excellence in the US SaaS market.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success for successful B2B feature launches.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of B2B SaaS product management experience, preferably in the US market.
Strong understanding of security, compliance, and integration requirements for business software.
Technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, SSO, and SAML.
Exceptional customer empathy and commercial awareness regarding business software adoption.
Data-driven decision-making experience and familiarity with PLG metrics.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively with distributed teams across Asia time zones.
Experience with productivity or collaboration software is a plus.
