Join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and make a difference in the lives of individuals receiving ABA therapy. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide personalized treatment plans and support skill development.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy following treatment plans
• Collect and track session data
• Support skill development and positive behavior
• Share progress with the clinical team

Requirements & Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification
• High school diploma
• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and valid license
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback
• Interest in behavioral health
• Flexible scheduling
• Supportive supervision and ongoing feedback
• Competitive pay range: $20-$30/hour
