As a Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for administering global leave and benefits, resolving discrepancies, managing employee inquiries, and improving benefits processes.
Responsibilities
Administer global leave with regional teams for compliance
Reconcile benefits and payroll; resolve discrepancies with vendors
Act as the primary contact for employee benefits and leave inquiries
Build and improve benefits and leave processes and tools
Maintain benefits data integrity and support audits and reporting
Support cross-functional global benefits initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications
4+ years of HR experience, preferably at a fast scaling startup
Experience driving leave management programs at a multinational company
Strong knowledge of US compliance requirements
Detail-oriented and exceptionally communicative
Proficiency with Excel and open to using AI for efficiency
