Job Overview

As a Back Office Assistant, you will oversee complex insurance application processing, ensure documentation accuracy, and facilitate seamless communication between clients, agents, and partners. Your bilingual abilities and industry knowledge will be key in providing high-quality service and ensuring operational efficiency across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process insurance applications and manage policy documentation in English and Spanish
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Maintain and verify client records for accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with agents, underwriters, and external partners to streamline workflows
  • Generate detailed operational and management reports
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients regarding application and policy status
  • Translate documents and communications as needed
  • Assist with commission processing and licensing procedures for agents
  • Support LinkedIn outreach, outbound calls, and organization of licensing classes
  • Contribute to various back-office and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of back office experience in the life insurance industry
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with outstanding communication skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of life insurance products and procedures
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a remote environment
