Job Overview

Lead business development efforts to expand Mozilla’s reach and impact.
Identify and secure new partnership opportunities within targeted regions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement business growth strategies.
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
Negotiate and close partnership agreements.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Represent Mozilla at industry events and conferences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in business development or partnership management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Familiarity with non-profit or tech industry environments.
Fluent in English; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
