As a Junior Business Process Engineer, you will contribute to critical projects in transportation, logistics, construction, geospatial, and more, improving productivity, safety, and sustainability. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate across departments and work directly with clients to optimize business processes and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Manage new projects and related tasks in JIRA, ensuring timely execution and documentation.
Handle change requests from internal and external stakeholders, executing process updates as needed.
Analyze client requirements and prepare detailed technical documentation, including process flows and specifications.
Create and update project documentation such as test scenarios, checklists, and scope details.
Facilitate communication and cooperation with Deployment, Operation, and other departments, as well as external clients.
Execute optimization tasks with a focus on logic complexity and process improvement.
Provide clear instructions to operational teams during project go-live and update business processes and SOPs accordingly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Open, customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
1+ years of experience in analysis, project management, or related functional fields.
Strong knowledge of logistics data analysis and business processes.
Hands-on experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Support Desk).
Familiarity with SAP ERP or Transport Management Systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and switch contexts efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Detail-oriented, quick learner, and highly stress-resistant with strong prioritization abilities.
Commitment to high-quality standards and innovative approaches in daily work.
