Channel and Customer Research Sector Lead, Financial Services

Develop CCR coverage roadmap for Financial Services equities. Lead development of channel check frameworks and structured questionnaires. Serve as primary domain expert for Financial Services to guide project design. Collaborate with Operations Managers and analysts on project execution. Expand CCR coverage by mapping value chains and expert networks. Refine research frameworks and cross-functional partnerships. 5–8 years in equity research, market intelligence, or consulting with Financial Services exposure. Deep Financial Services knowledge: lending, deposits, payments, underwriting, fintech. Experience designing primary research frameworks and questionnaires. Analytical and curious; quickly develop expertise across new subsectors. Experience collaborating with leadership, operations, and analysts.
