Menlo Security seeks a highly motivated Channel Sales Manager to drive channel partner recruitment, enablement, and management in South Korea. You will play a pivotal role in expanding Menlo's market share and supporting strategic partners within the cybersecurity industry. The ideal candidate is ethical, organized, service-oriented, and experienced in building long-lasting partnerships that deliver revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (VARs, SIs, MSSPs, Distributors).
Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding and enablement plans for partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.
Collaborate with partners to create and execute joint business plans and sales strategies.
Support partners in customer meetings, product positioning, and qualification of requirements.
Ensure partners are trained and certified on Menlo Security products and sales methodologies.
Represent Menlo Security at industry events, trade shows, and partner conferences.
Gather market intelligence and feedback from partners to inform strategic decisions.
Track, analyze, and report on channel performance metrics, pipeline, and revenue.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 10 years of channel sales experience in the cybersecurity industry.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains (endpoint, network, cloud, data protection, security operations).
Demonstrated success in recruiting, enabling, and managing profitable channel partnerships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (English proficiency required).
Ability to build rapport and influence at all organizational levels.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented work ethic.
Ability to attend partner and industry events as required.
