Provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26). Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care in a hybrid model with virtual and in-person sessions. Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans while maintaining thorough, timely clinical documentation. Engage families and caregivers to support care. Must be independently licensed in PA (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) with at least 1 year of direct therapy experience with children/adolescents. Telehealth or virtual therapy experience required. Own phone, computer, and high-speed internet. Availability needed after 4pm ET on weekdays and weekends. Willingness to work in a hybrid model. Immediate patient referrals with guaranteed caseload. Flexible scheduling after school and weekends. Full administrative support provided, including credentialing, billing, and EMR.
